Description
The Lord’s prayer crosses themselves are lovely, but just a wee bit fragile. Especially the unbordered ones – they can break if they are dropped or are blown off their stands in a stiff breeze.
The crosses are much more robust when mounted to a backing such as this slate which brings out the beauty ofthe wood as well as making it much stronger. I offer Slate, Dark Wood, Light Wood and Oak Veneered Backings. Crosses are bonded to their slates before dispatch of course.
Standard Crosses are all 289mm x 202mm making them perfect for mounting with a 4mm border all round to an A4 (297mm x 210mm) backing – which is the size of this hand cut slate. Backing slates are supplied as standard plain (undrilled) for framing in an A4 frame or placing on a stand. Optionally they can be supplied with ready punched holes for wall mounting using strings or wires.
Tie off buttons are included with holed versions, to make it simple to fit a string or wire that fits in with your decor.
