This beautiful, unique 1662 traditionally worded version of the Lord’s Prayer cross was designed by Keith Salway here in the UK East Midlands.
It is laser carved from a single piece of sustainably sourced dark plywood. Like all the wooden items we make, it is also available in a light wood version.
The cross measures approximately 280 mm tall by 200 mm wide. It is bonded to a hand cut slate roughly 290 mm tall x 210 mm wide by 5 mm to 9 mm thick. Thickness of slate varies dependant on batch and each piece is different. The slate mounted cross is supplied complete with a laser cut, easy to assemble, custom wooden stand – also designed by Keith Salway and made of same wood as the cross.
We can laser engrave a personal message onto the slate (for example if the cross is an award or gift) for an additional nominal charge – email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0)7738 497 806 to discuss. Items will be custom packed for UK postage (cost of which is included for the moment) though customers are welcome to collect their piece in person from Chilwell, Nottingham by appointment.
