This beautiful unique Modern Methodist worded version of the Lord’s Prayer cross was designed and made by me, Keith Salway, here in the UK East Midlands, specially for my Brother in Law Jim Hewitt. He is a lay preacher in Wollaton.
It is laser carved from a single piece of sustainably sourced laser plywood and is available in dark or light wood, this is the light wood.
The cross measures approximately 280 mm tall and 200 mm wide. It is bonded to a hand cut slate roughly 290 mm tall x 210 mm wide x 5 mm to 9 mm thick. Thickness of slate varies by a few mm dependant on batch – every piece is different.
The slate mounted cross is supplied with a laser cut, easy to assemble, custom wooden stand – also designed by me, and made of same wood as the cross.
We can laser engrave a personal message onto the slate (for example if the cross is an award or gift) for an additional nominal charge – contact me for details.
Items will be custom packed for UK postage (which is included for the moment), though customers are welcome to collect their piece in person from Chilwell Nottingham by appointment.
Export and trade enquiries welcome by personal message.
